*Please note that if you have already received a Notice of Assessment from MOM, you may only have 14 days from the date of the Notice to withdraw a claim under WICA and seek damages. Failing which, you may be barred from commencing a civil suit.
*Conversely, if you have commenced a civil suit, you have 1 year from the date of the accident/diagnosis of the disease to withdraw the civil suit and institute a WICA claim.
